With more than 30 years of experience in plating and over 20 years of experience in plating on plastics (POP), Classic Industries combines tool design, tool manufacturing, injection moulding, chrome plating, surface finishing, assembly and testing under an integrated manufacturing setup.

01 / START OF JOURNEY
Start Of Journey
Mr. Sushil Goyal started an era of M/s Classic Electroplating with a facility of Zinc Plating.
2004
02 / ABS CHROME PLATING
ABS Chrome Plating
Having Mr. Pawan Goyal as Business Partner, Classic Industries started a new facility of Chrome Plating.
2006
03 / INJECTION MOULDING
Injection Moulding
Added moulding machines in-house to improve the quality and consistency of moulded products.
2008
04 / NEW UNIT
Established Unit – 2
Established Unit – 2 at Haridwar (SIDCUL) for supply of Pharma Packaging Products to pharmaceutical companies including IBM, EBM and IM.
2020
05 / UNIT 3
Established Unit – 3
Established a fully automated Chrome Plating Plant at Manesar, with in-house testing facilities and moulding capabilities.

06 / ASSEMBLY
Addition of Assembly Facility
Added an assembly facility for customers including OEMs such as MSL, KOHLER, ITL and others.

Addition of Design & Tool Room
Considering customer requirements, an in-house Design & Tool Room was established to deliver quality products to customers.

08 / CMM SETUP
CMM Setup In-House
CMM setup completed in-house to deliver customer parts with a high level of measurement accuracy and quality control.

Chrome Plating
Bright Chrome, Satin Chrome, Trivalent Black Chrome and Trivalent White Chrome in bright and satin finishes.
Assembly
Ultrasonic welding, DSA tape assembly, laser printing and lock fitting operations.

In-house testing and inspection facilities covering plating, raw materials, dimensional accuracy and component performance.
